Why is this site completely free?

Good question. Many people wonder how we can provide such a service for free. Or rather more, why we'd want to.

Ultimately, the reason this site is free is because:

• We believe services like dating should be free.
• We've always made our sites free, so why change the habit of a lifetime?
• We don't believe members should have to pay for a service - let the advertisers do that instead.
• Without members, there wouldn't be a service to offer!

• Let's not forget - there's a credit crunch going on. Why would someone want to pay for an online dating service when they can use this for free!
